Serves 4

Supplies:

  • Small pot, able to comfortably hold 2 cups.
  • spoon

Ingredients:

  • 4 individual size bags nacho cheese Doritos
  • 1 15 ounce can of chili
  • 4 tablespoons sour cream
  • 8 tablespoons salsa
  • 4 handfuls shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 handfuls of shredded lettuce

Note: this is a general estimate add on to these numbers if you think that it is needed.

Steps:

  1. Prep lettuce shredding it into small one centimeter or smaller pieces.
  2. Heat chili in a small pot over a camp stove at medium-high heat until it starts to bubble, if no camp stove is available a controlled fire or coals could be used.
  3. When bubbling starts, turn off heat, let it cool.
  4. Open the Doritos and pour/spoon about a 4th of the chili in the bag.
  5. Now that the bases are ready the toppings can be set and each person can top their own.

Note: again the toppings above are an estimate, raise or lower if you find necessary.
