Harrison’s Patented Broccoli Bites

Serves one
Supplies:

  • Aluminum foil approx 200 square cm or about a 14 cm by 14 cm piece.
  • Tongs.

Ingredients:

  • 5 medium broccoli florets or approximately 1 cup.
  • Small splash teaspoon of olive oil.
  • Squirt of lemon juice.
  • Pinch of salt

Steps:

  1. Cut a piece of aluminum foil into a 200 square-centimeter peice.
  2. Next cut 5 pieces of broccoli into medium pieces or approximately 1 cup.
  3. Almost fully wrap the broccoli in the foil but keep it open.
  4. Then put in the olive oil, lemon juice and salt.
  5. Close, shake a little and put in the campfire in a hot place.
  6. Keep in fire for at least 5 minutes, check often to see when ready.
  7. It will be ready when broccoli is slightly crispy brown.
